Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised Nephrocare Health Services Limited on its Initial Public Offering

The leading law firm in India, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM) advised Nephrocare Health Services Limited (“Nephroplus”) on its initial public offering (IPO) aggregating to approximately US$ 95.99 million (₹ 8,710.48 million), comprising a fresh issue of ₹ 3,534.05 million and an offer for sale of ₹ 5,176.43 million.

SAM acted as legal counsel on Indian law aspects of the transaction, advising on drafting and regulatory compliance for the IPO, coordinating with multiple domestic and international stakeholders, and supporting the company through the prospectus filing and listing process.
