Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. acted as the legal advisor for MINISO Group Holding Limited ("MINISO") in relation to the Dual Primary Listing and initial public offering of its ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The deal comprised an offering of ordinary shares in Hong Kong as well as an international offering of shares, which is valued at USD 72.25 Million approximately.
