S&R Associates advised ICICI Securities and IIFL Capital on INR 8.95 billion IPO of Sudeep Pharma

The Indian law firm, S&R Associates represented ICICI Securities and IIFL Capital, the book running lead managers, in the INR 8.95 billion initial public offering by Sudeep Pharma Limited, a technology-led manufacturer of excipients and specialty ingredients for the pharmaceutical, food and nutrition industries.
