S&R Associates Advised IRB Infrastructure Developers on Equity Fundraise of 53.47 Billion
S&R Associates is representing IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited ("IRB"), one of India's largest private roads and highways infrastructure developers, on equity fundraises aggregating to INR 53.47 billion through proposed preferential allotments to (a) Cintra INR Investments BV, a 100% subsidiary of Cintra Global S.E., for a maximum stake of up to 24.9% of IRB's share capital; and (b) Bricklayers Investment Pte. Ltd, an affiliate of GIC (Singapore's sovereign wealth fund), for a maximum stake of up to 16.9% of IRB's share capital.
