S&R Associates represented Peak XV Partners, Redwood Trust, and Verlinvest S.A., the sellers, in the pre-IPO secondary sale of equity shares of Wakefit Innovations to Steadview Capital and certain funds managed by WhiteOak Capital and InfoEdge India.
