ADNA advised on landmark infrastructure and agro-industrial projects in Guinea’s Simandou Corridor

  • GoGuinée – Negotiation and execution of an investment agreement with the Republic of Guinea for a major agro-industrial project in the Simandou Corridor.
  • Promociones Inversolar – Negotiation and execution of a concession agreement with the Republic of Guinea and a power purchase agreement with Electricité de Guinée for the development of a 50MW solar plant in Donkeah.

These projects are set to enhance food security and sustainable energy access in Guinea, supporting the country’s ambitious Simandou 2040 programme.
