Clifford Chance Advised Tristan Capital Partners on the Acquisition of Berlin Data Centre Site from Aventos
Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised pan-European investment manager Tristan Capital Partners on the acquisition of a 28,400 square metres plot in Berlin for a data centre development. Tristan is acquiring the project from Aventos through its managed fund Episo 6.
Located at Nonnendammallee 61 in Berlin’s Siemensstadt district, the site will host three data centre buildings with a substation and reception building. Aventos obtained a connected load of 63MVA for the property ahead of the sale.
The Clifford Chance team advised Tristan on this acquisition was led by Philipp Stoecker (Partner) and comprised Sabrina Tenebruso (Associate/ Real Estate, Frankfurt) and Robin Rebecca Molitor (Associate/ Real Estate, Frankfurt) as well as Mathias Elspaß (Partner/ Corporate/Energy, Düsseldorf) and Duy Tuong Huynh (Senior Associate/ Corporate/Energy, Düsseldorf).
