Freshfields Advised Vitruvian Partners on Strategic Co-Investment in Walkers Professional Services

Global law firm Freshfields is advised Vitruvian Partners, a leading international growth-focused investment firm, on its strategic co-investment in Walkers Professional Services (WPS), the fund and corporate services arm of Walkers, a leading international law firm.

The partnership will see Vitruvian Partners and Walkers share ownership of WPS and jointly commit to expanding the business, leveraging their combined expertise and resources to accelerate global growth and innovation. The investment will support the roll-out of best-in-class technology for WPS, broaden its service offering and expand its presence in new markets.

Completion of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
