GLA & Company advised ACWA Power on USD 693 Million Acquisition of ENGIE’s Assets in Kuwait and Bahrain

The leading MENA-based law firm, GLA & Company successfully advised ACWA Power on its approximately USD 693 million acquisition of ENGIE’s assets in Kuwait and Bahrain, acting as Kuwait counsel on the transaction.

As Kuwait counsel, the firm was involved in all aspects of the transaction in Kuwait, including due diligence, transaction documentation, closing, and handling regulatory matters with various Kuwaiti authorities, including the CPA, MOCI, KDIPA, and KAPP.
