Reed Smith Advised Palero on the Sale of Dornier Hinneburg to Bureau Veritas

Reed Smith advised Palero on the sale of Dornier Hinneburg GmbH, the nuclear technology division of the Dornier Group and a market-leading provider of technical consulting services and radiation protection for the decommissioning of nuclear facilities, to Bureau Veritas, a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification services (TIC).

Dr Nikolaus von Jacobs said: “This is the fourth transaction since last summer in which our Munich PE team has advised palero. It is genuine proof of our deep, trusting relationship with an important client, whom we serve with a highly committed team.”

The Reed Smith side, the transaction was handled by the German private equity team led by Dr Nikolaus von Jacobs (Partner/ Corporate/ Munich) with significant involvement from Matthias Weingut (Senior Associate/ Corporate/ Munich).
