Abdulaziz Alajlan & Partners, in association with Baker & McKenzie, has bolstered its regulatory and public policy practice in Saudi Arabia with the appointment of Sahal Khalawi as a Partner in Riyadh.

He has been providing legal, regulatory, policy, and strategic advice on various matters related to Vision 2030 and other government initiatives and entities.

Trained at an international law firm, Khalawi has also served at the Saudi Center of Government and was seconded to the National Center for Privatization & PPP.

Along with his comprehensive expertise in strategic corporate and government advisory, legislative drafting, regulatory affairs, and public policy, Khalawi will spearhead the expansion of the firm’s regulatory and public policy practice. He will actively engage with regulators and policymakers to contribute to the dynamic evolution of Saudi Arabia’s regulatory landscape.
