OBH Lawyers Appoints Giuseppe Falvo as Partner and Head of Criminal Law Department
The Dubai-based law firm, OBH Lawyers, has appointed Giuseppe Falvo as Partner and Head of its Criminal Law Department, reinforcing the firm’s strategic growth and multidisciplinary global platform. Falvo brings extensive experience in corporate criminal law, advising institutions and companies on the prevention and management of risks connected to business activities. His practice covers defence and strategic advisory work in areas including occupational health and safety, environmental offences, urban planning and construction crimes, as well as tax and bankruptcy offences.
Falvo also assists clients in drafting, implementing, and updating organisational, management, and control models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, providing integrated support at the intersection of criminal liability and corporate governance.

Prior to joining OBH Lawyers in February 2026, Falvo ran Studio Legale Falvo in Rome since 2017, and earlier worked at Studio Legale Gaetano Scalise from 2009 to 2017, gaining extensive experience in defending healthcare professionals and handling criminal cases relating to public administration, road accidents, and workplace injuries. He also completed a formative internship at the Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri in 2008–2009.
Falvo holds a Laurea in Giurisprudenza (2000–2006) and completed the Scuola di Specializzazione per le Professioni Legali at Luiss Guido Carli University (2006–2008). He further completed a University Course in Military Law (2023) at Università degli Studi Link and a certification in workplace safety (RSPP) in 2022.
His appointment strengthens OBH Lawyers’ criminal law capabilities and demonstrates the firm’s commitment to providing top-tier legal expertise across jurisdictions.
