The company’s collaboration will mark its foray into the Gulf Cooperation Council market
Obhan & Associates has acted as the legal counsel to Forest Essentials in its agreement with the Apparel Group for the distribution and marketing of its products in the Middle East, including the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait.
Mountain Valley Springs India Private Limited, popular by its brand name Forest Essentials, India’s leading manufacturer of luxury ayurvedic skincare, haircare, and beauty products, has signed an accord with Apparel Group, the leading fashion and lifestyle retail conglomerate based in Dubai.
The collaboration will mark Forest Essentials' expansion into the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) market. The opening of its first standalone store at Dubai Hills is slated to take place in April this year.
The transaction team of Obhan & Associates responsible for drafting and negotiating the documents was led by Ashima Obhan (senior partner), Anubhav Chakravorty (associate), and Shuchi Dutta (associate).
