Akshay Malhotra joins Talwar Thakore & Associates as Partner

Talwar Thakore & Associates (TT&A) has appointed Akshay Malhotra as a Partner in the Projects, Infrastructure, and Energy Practice. The firm’s partnership has now grown to 26.

Malhotra focuses on advising clients on project development and implementation across diverse sectors, including energy, power, transportation, social infrastructure, and defense procurement.

His extensive experience encompasses representing government authorities, sponsors, contractors, and lenders engaged in matters including financing, mergers, acquisitions, and dispute resolution, with an emphasis on public-private partnerships. Through his secondments, Malhotra has contributed to the success of some of India's largest oil & gas and renewable energy companies.
