Neha Sinha joins the corporate and M&A practice as partner at Sagus Legal

She was earlier working with Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India

Sagus Legal has announced that Neha Sinha has been added to the firm's corporate and M&A practice as a partner.

Sinha has over 15 years of experience in M&A, PE & VC transactions. She is also an expert in setting up domestic and offshore India-focused investment funds. Her expertise includes advising corporates on group restructurings, outbound expansion and investments, and advising foreign businesses on their India entry strategies.

On her appointment, Shruti Kanodia, the managing partner at Sagus Legal remarked, "We are very excited to have Sinha join us. Her expertise complements our current M&A and corporate practice. Having worked together earlier at Shardul Amarchand, we have a good working relationship, and having her with us will further strengthen our corporate practice and help us achieve greater heights."

Sinha is a 2008 graduate of Symbiosis International University and a qualified company secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She began her legal career at Nishith Desai Associates working with the firm for nearly seven years. Later, she moved to Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and until recently, was serving as a partner at Luthra & Luthra Law Offices in Delhi.
