LCI promotes Terri Foley as COO and General Counsel

LCI, Dublin-headquartered Aviation lessor has upheld Terri Foley to chief operating officer (COO) and general counsel.

An English-qualified solicitor, Ms Foley began her career with Dentons in London before joining LCI as General Counsel in 2008.

Both as a legal advisor and a commercial manager, she has experience in aviation leasing, financing and investing. She is based in Dublin.

Ms Foley is part of the executive team wherein she is responsible for LCI's major transactions from a legal, tax, compliance and structuring standpoint along with the company's HR and corporate expansion activities worldwide.

Ms Foley's new role will emphasise on enhanced efficiencies and strategic enterprises to support its continued growth. She will also be responsible for global operational management of the company.

She will continue as general counsel and will focus on legal strategy and process, supported by a legal team.
