The global law firm, Eversheds Sutherland has announced that Ellen Connell has joined the firm as a Partner in its Litigation Practice Group, further strengthening its securities enforcement capabilities in complex, high-stakes regulatory investigations.
Based in Washington, DC, Ms. Connell’s arrival deepens the firm’s securities enforcement and global investigations bench and underscores its continued investment in sophisticated litigation matters. She represents regulated entities and individuals in investigations and enforcement proceedings before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, U.S. Department of Justice, Commodity Futures Trading Commission, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and state attorneys general. She has particular experience advising broker-dealers and investment advisers.
