After uniting with Leman Solicitors in Dublin, Offshore law firm, Ogier, of late, has presence in Ireland. Since June 2022, the combined identity, Ogier Leman will be known in Ireland.
Together with eight partners, presently Leman has 52 lawyers, which was established long back in 2007 by the partners, John Hogan and Larry Fenelon. Corporate, real estate, employment, financial services, dispute resolution and restructuring are the strengths of the firm.
Next after the amalgamation, Ogier at present has 900 employees and 100 partners across the world. Ogier extends its operations in Beijing, Hong Kong, London, Shanghai, Singapore and Tokyo besides having offices in offshore jurisdictions BVI, Caymans, Guerney, Jersey and Luxembourg.
