Dr. Rajeev Uberoi, Lalan Gupta and Amruta Kelkar join Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas

Dr. Rajeev Uberoi has joined Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. ("SAM & Co.") as Senior Advisor. He will be based out of the Mumbai office. In the past, Dr. Uberoi has worked in leadership roles at Yes Bank and IDFC Bank where he headed the Legal function and was responsible for compliance, vigilance and operational risk governance.

Also, Lalan Gupta has joined the firm as a Partner in the Dispute Resolution practice and Amruta Kelkar has joined as Partner in the firm's General Corporate.

Lalan's key practice areas encompass Dispute Resolution, with a focus on Litigation on both the Original and Appellate jurisdictions and Domestic Arbitrations, Mediation & Conciliation. He has over 12 years of core litigation experience.

Amruta has over 12 years of experience in Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions both in domestic and cross-border transactions. She has immense experience in diverse sectors ranging from real estate, healthcare, hospitality, financial services and education.
