Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (SAM & Co), has advised Grofers and its founders for its Series F Fund raising round of approximately USD 250 million which was led by its largest shareholder, SoftBank Vision Fund.
Grofers India was founded in December 2013 and is based out of Gurugram. The company owns and operates the web and app based platform ‘Grofers’.
The company recently closed its Series F round of investment from its existing investors including SoftBank, Tiger Global and Sequoia and also saw participation from new investors such as South Korean fund KTB Network, Abu Dhabi Capital Group and Bennett, Coleman & Company Limited.
Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co has previously also advised the Grofers Group in its Series C, Series D and Series E rounds of investments.
