HNS Legal
Founded in 2013, HNS Legal is a Beirut-based law firm born from the recent merger between Hayat Law and NSP Legal. This strategic union combines the strengths, expertise, and resources of both firms to form a dynamic legal practice built on shared values of excellence, integrity, and professionalism. Together, we have created a powerhouse of like-minded attorneys committed to delivering practical legal solutions and tailored strategies to meet the evolving needs of clients across a wide range of industries.
Over the years, HNS Legal has developed extensive experience in Lebanon and across multiple jurisdictions, with a particular focus on the Middle East and Africa. Our core areas of practice include corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, civil and criminal litigation, media and technology, banking and finance, and regulatory services. To ensure our clients’ interests are well-protected globally, we have built strong alliances with international law firms, enabling us to deliver seamless cross-border legal support.
Our strength lies in our people. At HNS Legal, we pride ourselves on a collaborative and multidisciplinary team that brings a wealth of knowledge and creative thinking to every matter. We work closely with clients to develop innovative, efficient, and forward-looking legal solutions that align with their business goals and reflect today’s rapidly changing legal and economic environment.
The firm operates in Iraq under the name Hayat Law and maintains a strong presence in the United Arab Emirates through its regional ally Al Naqbi & Partners. Our client base spans diverse sectors such as aviation, energy, waste management, food and beverage, hospitality and leisure, franchising and distribution, venture capital, and startups, allowing us to offer industry-specific legal counsel rooted in real-world understanding.
Driven by a clear vision, HNS Legal continues to embrace new challenges, leverage technological advancements, and push the boundaries of conventional legal practice. With a commitment to responsiveness, creativity, and strategic insight, we aim not only to be a leader in the region but also to carve out a distinct presence on the international legal stage.
