Law firm AZB & Partners has advised Adani Harbour Services Limited, a subsidiary of Adani Ports and Special Economic Zones Limited on the sale of a stake held by International Finance Corporation in marine services company Ocean Sparkle Limited as part of a 100 percent acquisition.
