Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised on M&A transaction between ALBIS Distribution GmbH & Co. KG and Sukhesh Global Ventures LLP

The leading law firm in India,Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) advised on an M&A transaction involving ALBIS Distribution GmbH & Co. KG and Sukhesh Global Ventures LLP (“SGV”), which entered into a 50/50 strategic cooperation to establish a leading independent distributor of engineering plastics in India. The deal was structured through a Share Subscription Agreement, with ALBIS and SGV jointly investing in the newly incorporated company. This transaction strengthens ALBIS’s footprint in the Indian market and represents a significant cross-border investment in the engineered plastics distribution sector.
