The largest law firm in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, Al Tamimi & Company is pleased to announce that Lynsey Grossi has been appointed as Head of Real Estate – Abu Dhabi. Based permanently in Abu Dhabi, Lynsey leads the firm’s growing real estate team, advising corporates, developers, and investors on complex, high-value mandates across the emirate.

Lynsey Grossi’s focus is on corporate real estate, advising on transactions where real estate, corporate structuring, and investment strategy intersect. This appointment reinforces Al Tamimi & Company’s position as the largest and leading on-the-ground real estate practice in Abu Dhabi, highlighting the firm’s long-term commitment to the emirate.

Professional Experience:

Lynsey Grossi has extensive experience in real estate law, having held senior positions at Al Tamimi & Company, King & Wood Mallesons, Squire Patton Boggs, Blackadders Solicitors, and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. She has advised on a wide range of corporate and real estate matters across the UAE, Australia, the UK, and Spain, with particular expertise in corporate structuring, transactions, and investment strategy.

Education:

Lynsey Grossi holds an LLB in Scots Law with Spanish Language from the University of Dundee and a Law degree from The University of Western Australia.
