Baker McKenzie has strengthened its Antitrust & Competition Practice with the addition of Tim Finley as Partner in Washington, DC. A seasoned first-chair trial lawyer with nearly 30 years of experience, Finley joins the firm after an 18-year tenure at the US Department of Justice, where he served in senior roles across the Antitrust Division and the Consumer Protection Branch.
Tim brings a wealth of litigation and regulatory experience, having led high-stakes civil and criminal trials involving global corporations and senior executives. His practice spans antitrust enforcement under the Sherman Act, unfair trade practices, mass consumer fraud, data privacy, and investigations involving agencies like the FTC, FDA, DEA, and international authorities. Prior to his DOJ career, he was a litigation partner at a major US law firm.
