The Singapore law firm, Bih Li & Lee has appointed Priscilla Lua as a Partner and Head of its Dispute Resolution practice, further strengthening the firm’s international arbitration and litigation capabilities. She joins the firm from Oon & Bazul, where she served as a Partner for four years.
Priscilla Lua is a highly regarded disputes practitioner with expertise spanning projects and infrastructure, commodities, shareholder disputes, joint ventures, and employment litigation. She has acted as lead counsel in high-value, complex disputes across Asia, conducted under major arbitral rules including ICC, SIAC, LCIA, HKIAC, and UNCITRAL.
She regularly advises multinational corporations in the power and oil & gas sectors, as well as financial institutions and high-net-worth individuals, on complex cross-border disputes, regulatory investigations, and employment-related matters.
Priscilla Lua is an active contributor to the international arbitration community. She is a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR and serves on the YSIAC Council as an APAC representative.
Before joining Bih Li & Lee, Priscilla was a Partner at Oon & Bazul from 2021 to 2025. Prior to that, she spent over six years at Cavenagh Law LLP (Clifford Chance Asia) as a Senior Associate in dispute resolution, including secondments to Clifford Chance London and Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong. She began her legal career at Drew & Napier LLC, working on complex commercial litigation matters.
