The global law firm network, Chandler Mori Hamada has announced the appointment of Paveen Khiewvichit as Partner in its Corporate & M&A practice, effective 6 March 2026. Paveen joins the firm after more than a decade at Linklaters in Bangkok, where he most recently served as Counsel. With nearly 20 years of experience in public M&A, equity and debt capital markets, and securities exchange regulation, Paveen brings extensive expertise advising on share acquisitions, private placements, amalgamations and corporate restructurings, delistings, IPOs, and regulatory compliance matters. He is admitted to practice in Thailand and holds LLM degrees from Chulalongkorn University and The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
