Clyde & Co adds Elias Matni as a Partner in Doha

Global law firm Clyde & Co has announced the hiring of corporate lawyer Elias Matni as a Partner in its Global Corporate and Advisory Practice in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) regions.

Matni is a well-regarded lawyer with over 15 years of experience advising local and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets, corporate restructuring, and corporate governance matters.

With a vast understanding of the Qatari market, he advises several institutional, government, semi-government bodies, and private sector clients.
