Dentons Rodyk Expands Finance Practice with Return of Partner Lee Kee Min

Singapore's oldest law firm Dentons Rodyk has announced the appointment of Lee Kee Min as a partner in the finance practice group.

In 2008, Kee Min completed his studies at the National University of Singapore, and he subsequently obtained admission to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2009. Kee Min specialises in banking and finance transactions, which comprise his primary areas of practice.

Kee Min has extensive experience in various banking and finance matters, and he represents both financiers and borrowers in a broad range of finance transactions. This includes bilateral, club, syndicated, transferable, domestic, and cross-border finance transactions.

Additionally, he has expertise in real estate transactions, which involve financing the acquisition and development of residential, commercial, and industrial real estate projects.

Kee Min's work mainly involves providing advice, reviewing, negotiating, and drafting loan and security-related documents.

This includes facility and credit agreements, as well as security documentation such as assignments, charges, debentures, mortgages, deeds of subordination, deeds of undertaking, guarantees and indemnities, inter-creditor deeds, and security trust deeds.

Throughout his career, he has developed extensive experience working with major banks and financial institutions. He has regularly assisted these clients with the preparation and review of loan and security documents, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
