Eversheds Sutherland Strengthens Czech Republic Presence with Kropáček LEGAL Consolidation

The global law firm Eversheds Sutherland has announced the consolidation of its Czech Republic practice with Kropáček LEGAL, reinforcing its commitment to strategic growth across Central and Eastern Europe. The move significantly strengthens the firm’s client offering across key capabilities in the region.

Founded in 2013 by Pavel Kropáček, Kropáček LEGAL has built a strong reputation, particularly in the real estate and litigation sectors. As part of the consolidation, a 13-member team will integrate into Eversheds Sutherland (Czech Republic), covering core practice areas such as real estate, litigation, and corporate. The group includes one partner, two Principal Associates, three Senior Associates, four Associates (including two junior lawyers), two paralegals, and one business professional. Together, the combined team will form one of the largest and most comprehensive real estate legal offerings in Prague.

This development builds on Eversheds Sutherland’s earlier 2018 combination with Dvorak Hager & Partners (DHP Legal), which marked a significant milestone in the firm’s Central European expansion.
