James Wyatt Joins Baker McKenzie as Partner to Strengthen Energy & Infrastructure Practice in London

Baker McKenzie has appointed James Wyatt as a partner in its Energy & Infrastructure team, based in London. His addition further enhances the firm’s global transactional expertise and capabilities.

James joins from K&L Gates and brings extensive experience in advising on project development, project finance, construction, and M&A matters. His practice focuses on low-carbon and energy transition technologies, including nuclear, wind, solar, hydropower, green hydrogen, carbon capture, utilisation and storage (CCUS), and battery storage systems. He regularly advises clients on structuring, financing, joint ventures, governance frameworks, and public-private partnerships across the energy and infrastructure sectors.
