Paul Hastings LLP has announced the appointment of Jeffrey Senac as a Partner in its Southern California office, further bolstering its market-leading Global Finance practice on the West Coast. Senac joins from Latham & Watkins LLP, bringing with him extensive experience in leveraged lending and corporate finance.
With this strategic addition, Paul Hastings continues its momentum in expanding its leveraged finance and private credit capabilities, aiming to strengthen its presence in California, the U.S., and globally.
Senac advises banks, direct lenders, and corporate borrowers on a variety of financing matters, including acquisition financing, recapitalizations, unsecured credit facilities, refinancing, and working capital facilities. His client roster includes major financial institutions such as Antares Capital, Bank of America, Credit Suisse, AllianceBernstein, 26North, BMO, Goldman Sachs, Golub Capital Markets, J.P. Morgan, and Morgan Stanley.
