Rachel Wang joins from FenXun’s international capital markets team, bringing over 18 years of legal experience. Qualified in mainland China, Hong Kong, and New York, she has advised on numerous Hong Kong listings and bond issuances, and has also acted for state-owned enterprises on a range of securities matters.
Helen Liu, a Hong Kong-qualified lawyer, was previously an associate at Baker McKenzie. She has experience advising corporate clients on fundraising transactions, Hong Kong listings, and global depositary receipt offerings on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
