Jingtian & Gongcheng Hires Three Partners for Beijing Office

Jingtian & Gongcheng, a prominent full-service Chinese law firm headquartered in Beijing, has appointed Lin Qing, Yang Junjun, and Li Xinwei as partners in its Beijing office. All three join from Grandall Law Firm, marking a continuation of Jingtian & Gongcheng’s recent talent acquisitions from the firm following Wang Weidong’s arrival in October.

Lin Qing specialises in cross-border M&A, investment and financing, and antitrust matters, with sector expertise in rail transit, urban utilities, energy, and infrastructure. She notably co-handled the landmark merger between CSR and CNR, the first share-swap transaction between two A+H-share listed companies in China.

Yang Junjun focuses on securities and capital markets, advising clients across energy, infrastructure, transportation, and financial services, with notable clients including China Galaxy Securities and GCL Group.

Li Xinwei brings extensive experience in corporate M&A and cross-border investments, particularly in energy, natural resources, advanced manufacturing, and infrastructure. He has contributed to major new energy projects, including multiple photovoltaic station acquisitions between GCL New Energy and China Huaneng.

These appointments further strengthen Jingtian & Gongcheng’s leadership in corporate, investment, and capital markets practices in Beijing.
