Julia Ferraz-Cardoso Appointed as Head of Dispute Resolution at ENS

ENSafrica (ENS) has announced the appointment of Julia Ferraz-Cardoso as the new Head of the Dispute Resolution practice, succeeding George van Niekerk, who steps down from the leadership role but will continue servicing clients in his dispute resolution practice.

Julia has specialised in litigation since the beginning of her career, starting with a focus on high-end insurance disputes. Over time, her practice has expanded to include mining litigation, tax and gaming litigation, administrative law, and a strong emphasis on corporate commercial litigation.

George van Niekerk, former Head of ENS’ Dispute Resolution practice, said,

“It has been a privilege to lead the Dispute Resolution team over the years. I’ve truly enjoyed the journey and those I’ve worked alongside. As I step down from the role, I’ll continue focusing on my practice and remain deeply committed to our clients. I wish Julia all the very best, and I have no doubt she’ll take on this role with confidence and grace.”
