Professional Background
Prior to joining Convene, Dridi served as Legal Counsel & Alliances Manager – Middle East & Africa at DiliTrust in Dubai, where she collaborated with institutions including PwC, Hawkamah, INAD-CI, and the Mauritius Institute of Directors.
She is also a Lecturer at Université numérique Cheikh Hamidou KANE and has previously held roles at Qonto, nest avocats, and Labrador Ethics & Compliance.
Education
Dridi completed the Corporate Governance Executive Program at Columbia Business School, focusing on board effectiveness, fiduciary duties, and digital-era governance.
She holds a Master of Business Law from Université Paris Cité (with high honours) and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Law from Università degli Studi di Torino (Summa Cum Laude) as part of a dual French-Italian degree program.
