Neel Chatterjee Joins King & Spalding as Partner and Co-Leader of IP Litigation Practice in Silicon Valley

King & Spalding has announced that prominent IP and technology trial lawyer Neel Chatterjee has joined the firm as a partner in the Business Litigation practice group and co-leader of its Intellectual Property team. He will be based in the firm's Silicon Valley office.

Chatterjee, a widely recognized figure in the tech law landscape, has represented some of Silicon Valley’s most high-profile technology companies. His practice covers patent disputes, trade secrets, copyright issues, internet law, and complex commercial litigation in the technology sector.

Chatterjee joins the firm from Goodwin Procter, where he served on the Executive Committee. He is consistently ranked in Chambers USA and has been named a Hall of Fame trade secrets lawyer by Legal 500 US. He holds degrees from Dartmouth College and Vanderbilt Law School, where he is currently President of the Board of Advisors.
