Nitin Konchady Joins Ropes & Gray’s Market-Leading Finance and Credit Opportunities Practice in New York

Ropes & Gray has announced the addition of Nitin Konchady as a partner in the firm’s finance and credit opportunities practice in New York. Konchady, a seasoned capital markets lawyer, specializes in distressed and special situations capital markets transactions and brings extensive experience advising investment funds, private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, issuers, and ad hoc committees.

Konchady’s practice focuses on complex public and private debt and equity investments, offerings, and liability management transactions across multiple industries and regions, including the U.S., UK, and continental Europe.
