The Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright is pleased to announce that Jason Chan has joined the firm as a partner in its Hong Kong office, strengthening its investment funds and regulatory practice in the region.

Jason brings extensive experience in the establishment and structuring of a wide range of investment funds, including hedge funds, private equity funds, crypto funds, tokenised funds, venture capital funds, and retail funds such as ETFs. He has been actively involved in the FinTech and virtual assets space, advising industry participants on evolving regulatory frameworks and transactional matters. Jason also advises financial institutions on securities and asset management regulatory and licensing issues.
