Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP has declared the addition of Scott A. Sher to its team as a partner, based in the Washington, D.C. office. Sher, a widely recognized antitrust attorney, will offer his expertise to clients concerning antitrust considerations during mergers and acquisitions, as well as guide antitrust investigations and competition issues.
