Peter Hayes and Angel Quek Join Linklaters as Partners in Leveraged Finance Team
Linklaters has strengthened its London Leveraged Finance practice with the appointment of Peter Hayes and Angel Quek as partners, reaffirming its strategic investment in private capital and cross-border acquisition finance.
Peter Hayes joins the firm from Paul Hastings and is a market-leading practitioner in cross-border leveraged finance and restructuring. He advises commercial and investment banks, direct lenders, and financial sponsors on complex financing structures across jurisdictions.
Angel Quek, formerly with Latham & Watkins, represents financial sponsors and their portfolio companies on leveraged finance transactions across the capital structure. She brings significant experience in structuring innovative solutions across private capital deals.
