Shearn Delamore & Co. has marked a significant milestone in its expansion strategy with the opening of a new office at Menara Jland, Johor Bahru, strengthening its presence in Malaysia’s southern region.

As part of this expansion, the firm is excited to announce the appointment of Eunice Low as a Partner in its Financial Services, Islamic Finance, and Real Estate practices, effective 1 February 2025. Eunice will be based at the Johor Bahru office and is set to play a key role in enhancing the firm's presence and client offerings in the region.

Eunice Low brings over 26 years of experience in both conventional and Islamic banking documentation, specializing in consumer and corporate banking. She has a strong background advising on security documentation for local and foreign banks, domestic and cross-border financing for corporate borrowings, project financing, vessel financing, and general conveyancing matters. Eunice’s expertise also extends to corporate loans, property transactions, and commercial matters.
