Sidley Strengthens California Global Finance Practice as Cindy Lovering joins as Partner

Global law firm Sidley has announced the appointment of Cindy Lovering as a partner in the firm's California Global Finance practice. Her role will primarily involve representing lenders in fund finance and venture finance transactions. Lovering joins Sidley after her stint at Cooley LLP.

Her expertise has allowed her to extend Sidley's presence in fund and debt finance into the realm of venture capital. Additionally, her efforts have played a significant role in solidifying the firm's position in the Emerging Companies and Venture Capital practice, further enhancing its reputation as a go-to destination in this field.
