The international law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has strengthened its Saudi Arabian practice with the appointment of partner Jawahir Al-Subaie. Jawahir joins the firm’s Riyadh office, bringing over 12 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, covering data and technology, project development, energy and infrastructure, venture capital, and private equity across KSA, the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and the US.
Jawahir trained and practised at international law firms in London and Dubai before returning to Saudi Arabia to take leadership roles at national institutions and organisations. This combination of international training and deep local experience enables her to deliver advice that aligns international best practices with Saudi regulatory requirements and commercial realities.
