Three Crowns Expands Middle East Presence with Opening of Dubai DIFC Office

Three Crowns is pleased to announce the opening of its new office in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) in January 2026. With this addition, the firm now operates from six international offices, including London, Paris, Washington DC, Singapore, and Madrid.

The firm offers deep expertise across commercial, construction, and investor-State arbitration, public international law disputes, and arbitration-related litigation. Since its founding in 2014, Three Crowns has advised and acted for corporations, sovereign States, and State-owned entities on over 100 matters across the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia. The opening of the DIFC office formalises the firm’s longstanding work with clients in the region and reflects its continued global growth.

The Dubai office will be led by partner Manish Aggarwal, a leading arbitration practitioner who has been with the firm since its inception and has handled many of its most significant matters. Partners Reza Mohtashami KC and Simon Elliot will also maintain an active presence in Dubai, bringing regional leadership and construction and infrastructure dispute expertise, respectively. The office will further include lawyers with extensive regional and international experience, Arabic language capabilities, and strong ties with leading regional firms.

Commenting on the launch, Manish Aggarwal said,

"Opening in the DIFC is a natural next step for our firm. The region’s growing role in inward and outward investment makes it an essential hub for high-value arbitration and enforcement work. We look forward to deepening our support for clients in the Middle East, South Asia, and Africa while integrating further with our global platform."

Liz Snodgrass, Executive Partner of Three Crowns, said,

"Establishing a dedicated office in the DIFC reinforces our commitment to clients whose disputes span multiple jurisdictions. This office ensures immediate access to a world-class team in Dubai and across our international network."

With its DIFC launch, Three Crowns strengthens its position as a leading global arbitration firm, delivering specialist advocacy and exceptional results in complex international disputes.
