Vadim Avdeychik Joins Debevoise & Plimpton as Partner in Investment Management

Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is pleased to announce that Vadim Avdeychik has joined its New York office as a partner in the Investment Management Group. Vadim's appointment strengthens the firm’s expertise in registered and retail fund offerings, focusing on regulatory and transactional matters.

Vadim brings significant experience in the formation and operation of registered funds, business development companies, and other products for high-net-worth and retail investors. He also advises fund sponsors and boards on complex regulatory issues, governance, and asset management M&A transactions.

Vadim previously served as a partner in the New York office of another international law firm. He holds a J.D. from Hofstra Law School, an LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center, and a B.A. from St. John’s University. He currently serves as Chair of the New York City Bar Committee on Investment Management.
