Zul Rafique & Partners Elevates Four Lawyers to Senior Legal Associate
The prominent Malaysian full-service law firm, Zul Rafique & Partners, is pleased to announce the elevation of the following lawyers to Senior Legal Associate, effective 1 January 2026:

Nurishqa Nordin
Nurishqa has been with Zul Rafique & Partners since 2020, primarily working in Banking & Finance. She completed her LLB at the International Islamic University Malaysia and began her legal career with pupillage at the firm in 2019–2020.
Delvin Singh Mangat
Delvin joined Zul Rafique & Partners in 2019 and has significant experience in Arbitration and Contract Law. He holds an LLB from the University of Liverpool and previously worked as a paralegal gaining hands-on experience in legal research and contract negotiation.
John Julian Van Huizen
John Julian has served as a Legal Associate at Zul Rafique & Partners since 2021 and now leads senior knowledge management initiatives for the firm. His work spans high-level legal research, content curation, ESG compliance, and thought leadership, including hosting the firm’s legal podcast, The Brief. He holds an LLB from Multimedia University and has strong experience in corporate, construction, and dispute resolution law.
Khoo Shi Yuan
Khoo has been with the firm since 2021, supporting various practice areas including corporate and real estate matters. She holds an LLB from the University of Nottingham and completed the Bar Professional Training Course at City St George’s, University of London. Her early experience includes multiple internships focusing on intellectual property, corporate, and property law.
