The prominent Malaysian full-service law firm, Zul Rafique & Partners is pleased to announce the promotion and admission of Nuramira Mazlan as Partner, effective 1 January 2026. She joins the Firm’s Corporate Real Estate Practice Group.

Nuramira Mazlan brings extensive experience in conveyancing and property-related matters, including sales and transfers of property, leases and tenancies, and property development transactions. She regularly advises individuals, developers, and corporate clients on a wide range of real estate and financing documentation, including banking and security documents for property financing and refinancing.

Her practice also encompasses asset structuring, development agreements, and joint venture arrangements. Nuramira is recognised for her practical and solutions-driven approach, managing property transactions from inception to completion.
