Anuraag Kothari joins Lubrizol Corporation as Director Legal Services - India Middle East and Africa

Anuraag Kothari has joined Lubrizol Corporation as Director Legal Services - India Middle East and Africa. He has joined from Archroma where he was the Head of Legal (India Subcontinent) and Corporate Legal Services.

Anuraag is an experienced Counsel and has experience working in private practice as well as with leading Multinational Companies.

Prior to that Archroma, he had a long stint with Huntsman Corporation where he worked for almost a decade.

Anuraag also has worked with Trilegal as a Counsel from 2001 to 2013.

Anuraag is skilled in corporate matters including strategic cross border joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and regularly provides commercial legal advice to businesses in South Asia, and Europe and counselling on commercial litigation and employment matters.
