Ashutosh Narang joins IndusLaw as a banking & finance partner

Ashutosh Narang has joined IndusLaw as a partner in the banking & finance team in Mumbai.

He has over 16 years of experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer and focuses on banking & finance, fintech, IBC, DCM, and regulatory advisory.

Suneeth Katarki and Gaurav Dani, the founding partners at IndusLaw, said, "We welcome Narang to IndusLaw. His extensive experience in the banking and finance domain and exposure to the general counsel role, gives him the right blend of skills to support our clients, domestically and internationally. Narang completed his LLB from Symbiosis Law College in 2004 and has an LLM from the National University of Singapore in 2009.

Having begun his career with ICICI Bank, he later worked at leading law firms Wadia Ghandy & Co and AZB & Partners. He was a partner at Link Legal for over a year before becoming the general counsel & legal head at Capital India Finance Limited for four years. For about a year, he served as a partner at Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India.
